  1. Hi, Thanks for all the info, I am new to trading and my first of many questions is what would be a good company to use as a trading site?

    • I use Scottrade. I’ve used ING before but didn’t care too much for their platform. One thing I really like about scottrade is that their customer service is excellent. Whenever I visit their branch, they make me feel like a valuable customer. If you’d like I can send you a referral and you get 3 free trades for sign up using the link.

    • I am using Fidelity because I have my 401k in there. However, they are charging me out the ying yang to trade… I bought 10,000 shares of AFT and they charged me a little over $100!! Is that normal? Would Scottrade change that much?

      • That’s way too expensive. Switch to Scottrade. Send me a email and I’ll send you referral so you get 3 free trades.

  4. I currently use Sharebuilder, and wanted to know if there was another site I could use that wasn’t that expensive with trades and what not. Plus, I don’t have 1000 bucks to start off with =/.

    Any recommendations?
